Registration Now Open!

Please click on the link below to complete the registration form for Mid-Atlantic Mod.  Please be sure to read the form carefully.  After we receive your registration, you will be sent an e-mail (within about 24 to 48 hours) indicating whether you have been registered to attend or if you have been placed on the wait list.  If you have been successfully registered, the e-mail will provide instructions on how to pay your registration fee and how to make hotel reservations.  You will have 1 week from the time of receiving an e-mail to complete your payment and hotel room reservation.  If you do not complete these items within the allotted time, your spot will be given to someone on the waitlist.  People on the wait list will be granted registration on a first-come-first-served basis.

**UPDATE** (November 1, 11:20 AM Eastern)
Please note an important change to our lodging policy on the About page. As of the time listed above, we are no longer able to accept registrations for anyone who does not wish to stay at the hotel in our group block due to our room block requirements.

Call for Workshop Instructors

We are searching for instructors to teach skills workshops (1 to 1.5 hr) at Mid-Atlantic Mod.  We are hoping to fill 6 workshop teaching spots, depending upon interest from attendees.  The class size will be 5 to 15 people.

All instructors will be paid for workshops they teach on a per-student basis directly by students (instructors will be notified in advance of the number of students attending).  Instructors may sell materials (e.g., supply kits, patterns, etc.) during their workshops, however they shall not require that students purchase materials from them (i.e., a materials fee shall not be required from students, although it may be offered as an option to students if they do not want to obtain their own materials).  Instructors will be required to provide a complete supplies list by March 1, 2014.

Attendees of the Mid-Atlantic Mod event are welcome to apply to be instructors for the event.

If you are interested in being an instructor for the Mid-Atlantic Mod retreat, please click on the Instructor Proposal Form link at the top of the page.  If you have ideas for multiple workshop options, please complete the form separately for each workshop option you would like us to consider.  Workshop proposals are due by November 30, 2013.

Early Registration Begins Soon

**UPDATED - This post has been revised to clarify registration dates.

Early registration is currently available or will be available by this Tuesday, October 8th (depending on which guild you belong to) to those Philly MQG, DC MQG, and Central Jersey MQG members who completed the pre-registration questionnaire several months ago.

Each of the three guilds above will distribute information on how to register directly to their members.  Please contact your officers if you have any questions.  Registration will open to the general public on November 1, 2013.  Please check back here on November 1 for registration details.  If there are more interested individuals than spots available, we will start a short wait list.

Please use the Contact Us link if you have any further questions.
