MOD 2020 Cancelled for April 30 - May 3 2020

Hey Friends,

It's with much regret that we must cancel Mid Atlantic MOD for April 30-May 3rd 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Since the situation has been evolving so rapidly, we looked to the WHO and CDC to guide us (based on sound medical advice), and they advise no gatherings of 50+ people for at least the next 8 weeks.

We're looking into dates to reschedule the retreat. We do not have them at this time.

Please give us some time as we work out the details. We expect to prioritize our current registrants for the next event and will give you information when it becomes available.

If you have a hotel reservation, the hotel requests that you call or go online and cancel it yourself.

Please stay healthy and hopefully enjoy lots of sewing time at home!

2020 Workshop Details

We are excited to announce that the 2020 MOD workshop lineup is now posted on the "2020 Workshops" tab above. Take a look through the workshops, including the supply lists, to plan which ones you want to take.

Please note that you will not pay for the class at the time of registration (it will say the ticket is free), but there is a cost of $15 (plus some workshops have a kit fee) that is payable in cash at the time you sign in for the weekend. You will not be admitted into MOD until you have paid for all the workshops you signed up for, so please have your cash handy. Thank you SO much for all the great workshop proposals.  We really appreciate it and hope that you will consider submitting again in the future.

Also, for those of you participating in the secret sewist swap, check your email: you should have received your secret sewist assignment earlier this week! T
