Registration

Please see below for details about the event and for details on how and when to register.

Dates:  From 2:00 PM on Thursday April 30, 2020  to 6:00 PM on Sunday May 3, 2020.

Location:  Doubletree by Hilton in Lancaster, PA.  Please click on the Location link at the top for more details.

Pricing:
Sponsoring Guild Members Pre Registration:  $200 (plus "local" fee if applicable)

General Registration:  $225  (plus "local" fee if applicable)

Workshops:  $15 each (paid in cash at the retreat, not during online registration).  Workshop registration will be announced after the general registration date.  Remember that we will require payment for workshops prior to entering the room at MOD, so please only select workshops that you definitely want to take!

"Local" fee:  The event pricing has been established based on an assumption that all attendees will choose to stay overnight at the hotel using the event room block.  Because we incur additional fees if attendees do not stay at the hotel, we have instituted a "local" fee of $50.  A limited number of "local" attendees will be allowed.

Transfer Fee:  If you decide to cancel your registration we will attempt to pass your registration to someone on the wait list.  If successful, you will be refunded your registration fee minus a $50 "transfer fee."  If there is no one available to take your place, there will be no refund.  You may NOT transfer your registration to someone else, only we are able to make the transfer and will go according to the wait list.  

Lodging:  Room rate is $128 + tax per night for single or double occupancy.  Reservations should be made on your own (details will be provided once you complete the registration form).  After making your reservation, you will be required to send us your confirmation number along with the name of your roommate (if you are sharing a room) so that we can confirm you have signed up within our room block.

Food:  Food catered by the hotel is quite pricey, so we have opted to NOT include meals in the costs; however, we plan to provide tea, coffee, and some bakery items for breakfast on at least 2 of the mornings.  There is a restaurant in the hotel and numerous other restaurants nearby.  Please see the Location link at the top for more info about the area.

Activities:  Please check the Activities page for details.  We will update this page as we finalize activities.  For those who have attended MOD before, you can expect similar activities.

Early Registration:  Early Registration will be available on Sunday, October 20, 2019 at 7:00 PM for sponsoring guilds.  Please contact your guild leaders for the early registration access code. Registration will be through EventBrite link.

General Registration:  Standard registration will open to the general public on Sunday, November 17, 2019 at 7 PM.  Registration will be through EventBrite link.

During registration, you can expect to provide us with the following information, so please have it ready:

• Name and contact information
• Which activities you are interested in (swaps, charity sewing etc.)
• Payment information (credit card)
• Yes and No questions confirming you are aware of our policies
